Sales conditions
Acceptance of the order
By sending the order the customer transmits to Cool Project S.r.l. a proposal to purchase the selected product or products.
Cool Project S.r.l. will confirm with an e-mail the receipt of the order transmitted by the customer.
Cool Project S.r.l. will ship the goods as quickly as possible without prejudice to the availability of the products.
To cancel an order please also communicate by telephone your choice as soon as possible.
In the case of payment by credit card or PayPal the order is considered completely accepted and compatibly at the time of arrival of the order the goods can also be sent the same day.
For each purchase, a regular invoice will be issued (also for private individuals) and sent by e-mail.
Availability of products
Each article reports the estimated delivery date and our efforts are aimed at giving reliable dates. If a purchased product has a delivery date different from what reported on the site you will be promptly notified of the inconvenience and you can decide whether to partially receive the order, wait for the product to arrive or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, against payment already made, we will proceed to an immediate refund using the same method used in the payment.
Payments
The choice of payment will be made at the time of conclusion of the order in the following ways:
- credit card
- Paypal
- Advance bank transfer
In this case the order will be sent as soon as it is credited to the current account.
shipments
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are expressly indicated on the "Shopping Cart" page and on the final confirmation page.
Always at the conclusion of the order, depending on the geographical area, it will be possible to choose different transport solutions based on cost and emergency (for example BRT, DHL, TNT)
Refuse the package if you notice tampering or if it is damaged.
warranty
The items sold by Cool Project S.r.l. they are covered by the 24-month warranty for conformity defects pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
All items or parts subject to wear are excluded from the warranty. The guarantee is reserved for the private consumer, ie a natural person who purchases the products not for his own business. In order to benefit from the guarantee, please keep the invoice issued at the time of sale. The costs related to the shipping of the items are charged to the customer.
For customers who use items for professional use (purchase with invoice and VAT number) the warranty is 12 months.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by the legislative decree n. 21 of 21 February 2014.
You therefore have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation within 14 days from the day you receive the products.
This will must be expressed through explicit communication (eg letter sent by post, email, fax, registered mail, PEC).
Always within 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to send back at his own expense the goods purchased in its original packaging, new, in normal condition and never used.
As soon as such goods arrive at our warehouses, the repayment process will be activated with the same instrument used to purchase the asset.
